Hit the gym hard with some shoulder, chest and abs work out after cardio. It is actually nice to be able to use the machines due to the lack of people. Plus I am sure the weather turns off many but that means more space for the diehards like myself. Martwall did not have steel trash cans-which is a shame because they would be way cheaper there. Excerise rocks for this. I feel better physically for really working out some excess worry as well as burning some calories!

Today I finally went back to the gym after being sick all that time. It feels good to press some weights while observing the usual nonsense around me. I have a temp trainer as I only have six sessions left afterwards I am canceling it for good. I went to the gym to do the measurements and such but the tape was missing. However my weight is stead at 273 (the high end of the 268-272 flux). Body mass has gone way down even if the fat hasn't dropped enough. Lastly we were only able to do some muscle strength excerises to see where I would be starting at.
